Golden Bridge

Golden Bridge is a unique architectural work, located in the Sun World Ba Na Hills tourist area, Da Nang city, Vietnam. The bridge was built from July 2017 to April 2018, with a length of 150 meters, 6 meters wide, supported by two giant hands. The bridge is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Vietnam.

The bridge was designed by talented architect Bill Bensley, who has designed many famous projects in the world. The bridge was built by Sun Group, with a total investment cost of up to 1,000 billion VND. The Golden Bridge is a symbol of the connection between nature and people, between the past and the present. The bridge is also an important highlight in Da Nang’s tourism development strategy.

The Golden Bridge is designed in the shape of a golden silk strip winding between mountains and forests, supported by two giant hands. The bridge is made of steel and tempered glass, with a marble roof.

The two giant hands supporting the bridge are inspired by the hands of Guanyin Buddha, meaning to protect and protect people. The winding yellow silk ribbon symbolizes the soft curves of Ba Na mountains and forests.

Ba Na Hill

Ba Na Hills was built on the top of Chua Mountain, in Hoa Vang district, about 25 km southwest of Da Nang city center, at an altitude of 1487 m above sea level. This is the first mountain tourist area, considered the “Da Lat of the Central region” or the “climatic pearl” of Vietnam. Ba Na was discovered in 1901 by Captain Debay. At that time, the governor-general of French Indochina wanted to find a place to rest in the future. In April 1901, Captain Debay discovered that Ba Na had relatively flat terrain, quiet, cool climate and not too far from the mainland.
