Cycle the colourful highlands around Bac Ha, where quiet roads link Flower Hmong villages, mountain markets and broad valley views. A support vehicle adds comfort while flexible routing allows the ride to follow local conditions and market days.

Tour itinerary
DAY 1Lao Cai – Bac Ha – Ban Pho
Meet in Lao Cai for breakfast, then transfer toward Bac Ha and begin cycling through the surrounding hills. Ride via Ban Pho and Ta Chai, passing plum orchards and Flower Hmong villages before reaching Bac Ha. Approximately 35 km by bike and 55 km by car. Overnight in Bac Ha.
DAY 2Bac Ha – Can Cau – Nam Mom – Bac Ha
Travel toward Can Cau and, when the tour falls on a Saturday, experience its vivid minority market. Cycle mountain roads through Nam Mom and neighbouring villages before returning to Bac Ha. Approximately 30 km by bike and 47 km by car.
DAY 3Bac Ha – Trung Do – Sapa
If travelling on Sunday, begin at the celebrated Bac Ha market. Cycle toward Trung Do and the Chay River valley, then transfer onward to Sapa. Approximately 16 km by bike and 92 km by car. Overnight at Cat Cat Hotel or similar.
DAY 4Sapa – Cat Cat – Lao Cai
Spend the morning around Sapa market, then walk to Cat Cat village in the afternoon to discover Black Hmong culture, traditional crafts and mountain scenery. Return to Sapa and take the shared transfer to Lao Cai for your onward night train.
