DAY 1Sapa – Tram Ton Pass – Fansipan Base Camp
Transfer from Sapa to Tram Ton Pass and begin hiking through forest, streams and changing mountain vegetation. Stop for a picnic lunch, then continue to camp at approximately 2,800 metres. Your Hmong porter team prepares dinner while you rest and watch the light fade across the Hoang Lien range. Overnight in basic mountain accommodation.
DAY 2Fansipan Summit – Cable Car – Sapa
Set out early for the final climb to the 3,143-metre summit of Fansipan. Celebrate with panoramic photographs before descending by cable car. Walk through the flower gardens near the lower station, then transfer back to Sapa for lunch and the end of the programme.
