Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang 8 Days / 7 Nights

Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, meet your driver in the arrival hall and transfer by private air-conditioned vehicle to Cicilia Saigon Hotel. Between 07:30 and 08:00, join a premier SIC tour by air-conditioned minivan. Visit Independence Palace, view Notre Dame Cathedral from outside and explore the historic Central Post Office. Continue to the War Remnants Museum and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, drive approximately 1.5 hours to Cu Chi. Watch a documentary about the tunnel network, then explore living quarters, kitchens, weapon factories, field hospitals, hidden trapdoors and defensive structures. Taste cassava and tea before returning to Ho Chi Minh City at approximately 19:00. The shooting range is optional at personal expense. Depart between 07:30 and 08:00 for My Tho. Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, one of the region’s most beautiful temples, then cruise the Mekong River past Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise Islands. Stop at Unicorn Island to taste tropical fruit and listen to Southern Vietnamese folk music. Visit a honey-bee farm for honey tea, see a coconut-candy workshop and travel by hand-rowed sampan through palm-shaded canals. Enjoy lunch at a riverside restaurant at approximately 12:30. Afterwards, cycle around Tan Thach Village or relax in a hammock before returning to Ho Chi Minh City around 17:30. After breakfast and check-out, meet your driver in the hotel lobby and transfer privately to Tan Son Nhat Airport. Fly to Da Nang, where another driver will meet you and transfer you to Canvas Hotel. Check in to a Classic King Room and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Both airport transfers are private and driver only. Inclusion: Breakfast, private airport transfers and hotel. Domestic flight is excluded.

Depart from central Da Nang between 07:30 and 08:00 for Ba Na Hills. Ride the record-breaking cable car to the mountain peak and visit the Golden Bridge at approximately 1,400 metres above sea level. Walk through Le Jardin d’Amour and visit Linh Ung Pagoda with its 27-metre Shakyamuni statue. Continue to the French Village and discover Linh Tu Temple, the Temple of Mother Nature, Belfry, Phong Tu Tower and Lunar Castle. Enjoy a buffet lunch at noon, then experience the rides, games and themed attractions of Fantasy Park. Descend between 15:00 and 15:30 and return to the hotel around 17:00. At approximately 14:30, depart Da Nang for Cam Thanh. Depending on timing, stop at Ngu Hanh Son Stone Village to see local stone carving. At around 16:00, enter the Bay Mau coconut forest and ride a traditional basket boat through its waterways. Learn about fishermen’s daily life, watch a basket-boat performance, join a friendly boat race and see traditional net casting and crab catching. Continue to Hoi An Ancient Town and visit historic houses, ancestral temples and the Japanese Covered Bridge. In the evening, admire the lantern-lit streets and browse the night market before enjoying a local dinner at approximately 19:00. Return to Da Nang between 21:00 and 21:30. After breakfast and check-out, meet your driver in the hotel lobby for the private transfer to Da Nang International Airport.
